Each all-in-one kit, dubbed My Cup of Cake, includes a 16-ounce ceramic mug and chocolate soufflé cake mix. All you have to do is add water, mix, and pop the mug in the microwave for three minutes. Voila,
 you have a rich soufflé made with natural, nut-free ingredients such as Belgian chocolate and hand-rolled caramels. There are no trans fats, artificial flavors, or preservatives.

  • Salted Caramel Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, cocoa solids, egg, canola oil, non fat dry milk powder cocoa, sour cream powder, baking powder, lecithin (an emulsifier), condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and salt
  • Products contain no artificial ingredients, preservatives, trans-fat, and high fructose corn syrup
Baking instructions:
  • Fill paper cup (included) with water to the brim
  • Pour into ceramic cup
  • Open small packet in silver foil (canola oil) and pour into cup
  • Add large packet (soufflé mix) into cup
  • Stir until all flour mixture is well incorporated
For microwave baking:
  • Place in microwave on paper towel (in case of overflow) for 2 minutes and 40 seconds
  • Set your microwave to the lowest setting as high heat can bake the soufflé too quickly. If you have a stronger microwave, over 700 watts - use a very low power or adjust the cooking time slightly, e.g. 2 minutes 20 sec.
For oven baking:
  • Place the cup directly on the oven rack or cookie sheet and bake in 350 degrees pre-heated oven for 30 minutes
